I will review how your resale business handles inventory from acquisition through storage, listing, sale, and final disposition, then build a customized Excel inventory and workflow system around the way you actually operate.

This is not a generic spreadsheet template. Your system will reflect your merchandise, selling channels, storage setup, inventory volume, current workflow, and operating problems.

Depending on your needs, it may include custom SKU or location rules, acquisition-lot tracking, unlisted inventory queues, cross-listing status, aging rules, stale-inventory review, sold/disposition tracking, and other client-specific features.

You will receive a working Excel system plus a personalized operating guide and implementation plan explaining how to use it without turning inventory management into another full-time job.

Mass data entry, bookkeeping, tax preparation, API development, and full historical migration are not included.
